"We recently purchased a second home in Tucson, Arizona and were represented by Coldwell Banker. Renee Powers did a fine job under somewhat trying circumstances. First, we only had one day to look at houses. Renee scheduled an entire morning, and we found a house that we liked. However, it was at the upper end of the price scale that we wanted, so we wanted to look at more houses similar in price. Renee rearranged her schedule for that afternoon. After looking all day, we put in an offer. Renee then put us in contact with a mortgage company and we got confirmation on the same day.

It turned out that there were three offers on the property (including ours) that came in on that day! Renee guided us through the negotiations and our offer was accepted. All of the closing preparation took place while we were in England. The events of September 11th delayed our return, but Renee handled all of the problems that arose, including having to fax 17 pages that the mortgage company had lost.
